Just changed my default internet browser from IE to Opera. The IT guy told me they're cleaning up the server so IE is blocked temporarily. But Opera works just fine, so better use it for some time.I don't mind at all anyway. I've used Opera and Netscape in college and to be honest I like them more than IE. Not so many extras that sometimes make the browser even slowlier than usual. And you can easily put all opening windows together or side by side in Opera. Nice... :) Guess i'll need another few minutes to get familiar with Opera. This is a much more advanced version than the one I used in college. But still, it's a nice change for today ^_^

Aku tertarik menulis tentang "Teh Botol Sosro" gara-gara my friends from KL are so crazy about it (makan cuma 1 mangkok baso tapi minumnya 4 teh botol!!!).

Kalau dilihat-lihat, memang teh botol sosro ini termasuk "brand" yang kuat banget ya. Gak perlu iklan macam-macam, tetap saja laku keras. Semua iklannya, baik media cetak maupun di tv, sederhana tapi efektif. Simple but you definitely get the message. Taglinenya juga cuma sebaris: "apapun makanannya, minumannya tetap teh botol". Hebat nih yang bikin advertisingnya. Konsepnya gak makan biaya gede tapi atraktif dan efektif. Pasti relatively murah, karena gak pakai artis buat iklannya tapi orang-orang biasa... (sama seperti peminumnya kan!).

Aku juga hampir tiap hari minum teh botol, soalnya di kantor office girlnya jualan itu. lumayan kan... pendapatan sampingan... :D. aku kadang nge-bon, kadang nge-deposit uang khusus buat teh botol. Nah, tiap kali stock teh botolnya habis, pasti deh banyak yang complain... walaupun diganti fruit tea atau cocacola, kayaknya gak afdol aja makan siang tanpa teh botol. Mottonya itu tuh emang pas banget.

hmppphhh.... what a week!
worked like hell, 12 hours a day, every day from monday to thursday.
slept no more than 3 hours.

so called a hard Days and Nights. can only to say to myself, yeah, that's what u call responsibility! you can easily walk away from your job, especially if it should be somebody else's work. unfortunately, it is against my heart (doh!) to do such thing.

thanks God, i still work for learning. i mean, if i'm only looking for money, status, position, bla bla bla... i will think i'm overused here. lot of times, people DO expect too much from one person. oh.... well, maybe someday i'll say it loudly: I'm not a superwoman you know!!!

the other thing is, i'm a bit perfectionist myself. but nothing can and will ever be 100% perfect. now i'm learning that sometimes you just have to admit you make mistakes, learn from them (or at least pretend you did learned hehehe) and then throw them out. time to move on, people!

Bener deh...
the last few weeks i got addicted to korean drama.
Kayak gak ada kerjaan lain aja ya... bahkan weekdays pun gue bela-belain nonton... hahahaha.... sampai-sampai my mom menghela nafas terus tiap malam karena gak kebagian nonton acara favoritnya di tv.

Sejak presenter MTV Bujang diganti (oh sedihnya... hilang sudah hiburan sabtu pagi), gue jadi agak antipati sama acara tv indon. Apalagi sejak tau, sinetron yang gue lumayan suka ternyata jiplakan habis drama korea... ugh, makin malas aja nonton acara tv. Nonton news juga sudah bosen, toh berita2nya itu-itu aja. MetroTV udah kehilangan greget nih, jadi makin mirip CNN. Terlalu fokus di hot topics sampai jenuh nontonnya.

So, daripada menyiksa diri, lebih baik nonton drama korea hehehehe. lumayan banyak yang lucu jadi bisa menghilangkan stress. Kalau drama jepang, kebanyakan sad ending sih... jadi suka malas nontonnya (wah gue jd ingat satu film jepang yang pernah gue tonton, ceritanya tentang seekor anjing yang begitu setia sama pemiliknya, sampai-sampai walaupun pemiliknya sudah meninggal, tuh anjing tetap saja menunggu di stasiun sampai mati... waks...sedih amat....). Kecuali itu temanya juga sering "ajaib"... :D

Hidup ini harus dinikmati kan... jadi carilah hiburan yang bisa membuat kita tertawa... tertawa itu SEHAT!
